Sometimes you got to give in.

Almost every morning Addison wants ice cream for breakfast. The other morning I was trying to work and I came out of the office and around the corner and found my kids and Tanner's friend eating ice cream. They had all grabbed a carton of ice cream in some form or another and dug in. I just said the heck with it, go ahead and put them out on the porch. I am a good mom.

Tanner's last day of kindergarten

I cannot beleive that Tanner is done with Kindergarten. It is so crazy how time just flys by. It was yesterday I was bringing him home from the hospital. He has learned so much this year and has become quite the little reader. I am so proud of him. They had a little dance festival on Thursday and he got to do a little fire dance. He will love these pictures when he is older.

Cousins are the best.

Jeremy wanted to go to the Utah game on Saturday, so we thought it would be fun to have Tanner and Addison's cousins come. Tanner and Addison love their cousins. They were loving the game, cherring the Utes on. Today in the car Addison out of the blue says GO UTES!!!! We had fun at the game with Easton and Camden and Bella. Bella is quite the little cheerleader. I had to take a picture of Addie giving Bella Coke, she could not get enough. Sound familiar Amber.

Tanner loses his first tooth

Tanner has already lost two teeth. I did not know they lost teeth this young His tooth was getting looser and looser by the day, and the other day he came home from school and he was eating a reese's peanut butter cup and he came up to me and started saying mom, there is something stuck in my tooth, I looked in his mouth and his tooth was hanging by a thread, so I said oh let me see and I pulled it out before he realized what I was doing. he was so excited for the tooth fairy to come.

Disney on Ice

Well, I have definitley been neglecting the blog, I need to do an update. I took the kids to Disney on Ice tonight. My friend Kamie and I took the kids to see Mickey and Minnie. Addison had to wear her Little Mermaid outfit that is way too big for her and she kept tripping on it all the way in, so I had to hike it up on her, but she still looked cute. They had a ball. I think Tanner's favorite part was getting his Stitch snow cone and Addie kept asking for Mickey and Minnie to come back out when the other characters were on stage. I love watching their expressions when they see things, it is like being a kid all over again.

Some more pics from Christmas

We had a really good christmas. We had my family over on christmas eve for dinner and some games and then we had our own little christmas in the morning and then were able to see both families christmas day. We ended up having to spend the night at Jeremy's parents because the roads were so bad. I cannot believe how scary it has been on the streets this winter. I love the snow until I have to drive in it.

Happy New Year.

New year's was so fun. We went to a party at my friend Angie's. It was good to see some people from high school that I have not seen in awhile. We played games and ate and ate. What a shocker. The kids just played and had a ball. I do not think it was a good idea to keep the kids up until 2:oo a.m. though. Oh well we had fun. Happy New year. Some goals I have set for 2009 is to laugh more and have more fun, and also to take time for the small things. This last month, we have lost some great people in our lives and I think that you take life for granted. I think as parents sometimes you get so caught up in all you have to get done, that you forget to have more fun. I
