Happy July 4th

The kids had so much fun on our little trip to Aurora over the 4th. On the 3rd, they had a carnival and fireworks at the park. It was so much fun. Tanner thought he had died and gone to heaven with the jumphouses. I even went on one of the jumphouses, one burn on my arm later, but I still go through it. They had a little carnival the next morning and the kids got more toys than they knew what to do with. Tanner and Addison kept going back to the fishing. They even got tattoos. Then they had a chicken run. It was pretty funny to see Tanner run after a chicken. The chicken got out of the fence and all the kids started running down the street after the chicken. Then they had races for the kids, tanner did pretty good. He was pretty excited when he won some cracker jacks. After the carnival, they had a parade through Salina, The Mason's little girl was in the parade, Tanner thought that was pretty neat that his new little girlfriend was in the parade. After the parade, we went on a tractor ride. The kids loved it. Tanner told me he wanted to move there. We got to see all the elk on our ride. After the parade and tractor ride, we went to Salina and watched to fireworks. Addison kept saying "pop, pop." The next day we got up and went swimming in Manti. It was fun to see the Manti Temple. We swam at a pool right across the street. It was so sad to go, but hopefully it will be sooner than five years before we see them again. Thanks Mason's for the fun.

Remember when....

So almost nine years ago, we met the mason's on our honeymoon. We went down this weekend and saw them in Aurora, Utah. It was so much fun. I found these old pictures of our honeymoon and thought it would be fun to do a now and then picture.

Tanman is such a nut!!!!!

So today, I was working and Tanner came running into the room saying mom look what I did, I put this piece of gum up my nose. I looked at him and I laughed thinking it would just come out. Well five minutes later, it just kept going higher and higher and I was trying to pull it out. He was hysterical. Finally after 10 blows and some tweezer's, we got it out. He was saying things like am I going to die, is it going to go in my brain? I said why did you do that? He said because I thought it would be funny. I told my mom and she said I did the same thing when I was his age. What a nut!!!!

Climbing Mount Timpanogas

On Friday, we decided to go climb Mount Timpanogas. It was quit an adventure. Jeremy's sister Amber invited us to go so we all climbed up the mountain. I was a little hesitant at first to do it with the kids, but they did great. Addison loved the cave with her little oohs and aahs. Tanner was our little leader in the cave to the point he had the tour guides flashlight. We all had a great time.

T-Ball has begun!!!!!!

Tanner was so excited to start T-Ball. His coach called him to ask him what number he wanted to be. He chose 60, random. He looked so cute out there playing I had to post it. His coach is so good with them. They have practices on Thursdays, the coach has them doing running, pushups, jumping jacks and of course hitting the ball and running the bases. It is going to be fun watching him.
